The Automatic Paper Band Filter is a highly efficient filtration device used in wastewater and industrial fluid purification systems. It provides automatic separation of solid particles from liquids to improve water quality and protect downstream equipment.
Working Principle
The contaminated liquid passes through a continuous filter paper band. Solid particles are retained on the paper surface, forming a filter cake. As filtration resistance increases, the liquid level triggers an automatic paper feed mechanism to replace the clogged filter media. The used paper is collected for easy disposal.
