This Mechanical Filter for Circulating Water Reuse is specially designed for industrial and municipal water recycling systems. It uses a multi-layer media bed to effectively remove suspended solids, colloids, and fine impurities, improving water quality and reducing scaling or corrosion in pipelines and equipment. It features reliable operation, low energy consumption, and a fully automatic backwashing function.
When raw water passes through the filter vessel, impurities are trapped and retained by the layered media. Once the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system automatically switches to backwash mode. Clean water or an air-water mixture is used to flush the filter bed, ensuring efficient and continuous operation.
